About Sign PDF Online
Signing a PDF digitally is a standard requirement for contracts, agreements, consent forms, and official correspondence. Rather than printing, signing by hand, and scanning — a slow and wasteful process — Romow lets you add your signature directly to a PDF in seconds, entirely in your browser.
Three signature methods are supported. Draw lets you sign with your mouse or finger on a touchscreen — the most natural option producing a handwritten-looking result. Type lets you enter your name and choose from four elegant script fonts for a consistent, professional appearance. Upload accepts an image of your existing physical signature (PNG with transparent background recommended).
Once your signature is ready, click anywhere on any page of the PDF to place it. The signature appears as a draggable, resizable overlay — position it precisely, then resize by dragging the corner handle. You can place signatures on multiple pages in a single job: initial every page, sign the signature line, all in one operation.
The signed PDF is produced by compositing your signature image onto the page at your precise coordinates — baked into the page content, not placed as a removable annotation.

Yes. After confirming your signature, click on each page where you want it placed. You can add it to as many pages as needed and adjust position and size independently on each.
